This product is for AHCA Background Fingerprint Applicants that are Out of State (Florida) that need cards, forms and pre paid postage both to and back to us.
Cost is $110 and includes scanning, submission to the State of Florida

Send forms and completed fingerprint cards to us for processing. We process the same day and email you the receipts and TCN number.
Please NOTE – we assign the TCN number after we scan the cards into the system, do not use the TCN number on the State of Illinois forms.
